Black friday in july

Fingerhut’s “Black Friday in July” was a summer savings event that was made to disrupt the normal user experience and offer bigger promotions than what they would typically have during summer. A rich black paint was poured over iconic summer items to symbolize deals taking over summer. Since this was the first time holding a campaign like this, numerous teasers were sent throughout the week leading up to the weekend long event, helping draw attention and create anticipation.
