Fingerhut User interface

User interface is crucial for the customer experience when it comes to creating ease of navigating and shopping. For Fingerhut, landing pages were streamlined so that no matter what department the user is shopping, the experience feels familiar and there’s minimal interruption. Navigation tiles for the landing pages were also redesigned using iconic products of what department it leads to, allowing for a cleaner look that correlates better.

In addition to landing pages, story blocks have been used for Fingerhut to organize a grouping of shop tiles, which are designed assets that navigate users to custom built shops (e.g., top picks, back to school, gifts for her). To improve customer experience, more of these story blocks have been transformed to contain headers and designed tiles (rather than randomized generated tiles), forming a cohesive appearance.
